Brianna took photos for me and my husband back in the fall. With both the engagement session and the wedding day, it was an amazing experience. As someone that generally does not like taking photos, Brianna made the entire experience so easy. I honestly feel she was able to show US through our photos, and it’s because she was able to pull that out of us with her quick wit and genuine personality (and sneakily take photos throughout it all!). And just as importantly: the photos came out beautifully! We ended up using them in not only our Save the Dates but also have a few scattered around the house. They are some of my favorite photos ever :) The best photographers in this business are not the ones that take the best photos aesthetically but also are genuine in how they treat their customers in getting them to enjoy the experience and excitement of it all. At the end of the day, this was a special moment that we’ll remember for the rest of our lives - and to be able to look back fondly and have a beautiful end result is everything I could have asked for. We just got married at Waverly Oaks and Kristin made me feel like a queen the entire day! I definitely don’t like all eyes on me and I’m a pretty private person but Kristin made me feel so beautiful all day long and flaunt my assets in my dress that day! She kept checking to make sure I was comfortable, that my feet weren’t killing me, or that my dress looked perfect the entire time we were shooting. My now husband and I are so awkward in front of a camera with people watching nearby, but Kristin kept reinforcing how special each moment was with each other, our family, or friends. She would check with us to make sure we were ok with the photo plan she had but also was creative and spontaneous when the perfect shot came up. Unfortunately, my parents are divorced and do not speak so I planned ahead of time with Kristin about family photos. She went through every photo with me and assured me that she wanted everyone to feel comfortable and loved that day- and she definitely made sure that we did! Ironically enough, after all my stress my family took a photo together and Kristin made it as stress-free as possible. Anyone who meets Kristin will instantly fall in love, and you will be so lucky to have her

Growing up, my sister and I used to watch my parent's wedding video. It is one of my fondest memories from my childhood. From the moment we had our first phone meeting with him, to the moment we said goodbye, he was professional and so nice. He answered all of our questions and answered questions we didn't even think to ask. If he didn't have a song we wanted, he found it. If we had a suggestion about our music for our entrance he ran with it. He not only was interested in our wedding but also asked about us and who we are as a couple. We are a blended family, my now husband has two daughters and we brought up the idea about a family dance after the typical father-daughter, mother-son dances. He loved it and asked if he could steal the idea for future weddings. That was great; we loved how into our idea he was and open to our changes in the “Normal " wedding schedule. He loves his job and you can tell! Steve knows how to read a crowd and how to keep everyone happy and moving. My family would not stop raving about our DJ and kept asking us where we found him.
