I am so glad I decided to add videography to my wedding just one week before the big day. Wedding Bug connected me with Neil, and despite the short timeline, he was responsive, professional, and easy to work with from the start. As I finalized all the details of the wedding, I realized there was so much of the day that I wouldn''t actually get to experience as the bride. Hiring a videographer turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. Neil immediately put me at ease and captured all the moments that mattered most, including my walk down the aisle with my dad, our first dance, and our special reception dances. On the wedding day, Neil arrived early, worked seamlessly with our photographer, DJ, and venue staff, and blended into the background while still making sure key moments were captured. I especially enjoyed seeing footage from cocktail hour, which I completely missed while celebrating with family and friends. He also kept the music at an enjoyable noise level, which my guests appreciated. We received so many compliments from our guests afterward about how much they enjoyed him and the music selection. One thing we especially appreciated was how helpful and honest he was during the planning process. He gave great advice on song selections for introductions and announcements, and the bridal party entrance was energetic, fun, and memorable! He also handled everything smoothly and was flexible when we decided to extend the reception an extra half hour. We had a very diverse crowd in both age and music taste, and DJ Tony did a fantastic job making sure everyone had a great time.
